All funds generated from this program go toward providing scholarships for OSU medical students.

Credit Sponsor: The AOA Council on Continuing Medical Education has approved this program for 16 AOA Category 1A CME Credits. For D.O. physicians, a roster of participants will be submitted to the AOA CME Office.

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES

The 29th Annual CME Spring Fling Conference is planned for physicians with emphasis on providing information through demonstration and technique to develop a more accurate clinical diagnostic ability and understanding of various medical conditions and the most effective treatments. Participants will learn to foster a closer relationship between doctor and patient and to improve outcomes.

FEE

Includes course material, CME credits,continental breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. One parking pass will be provided to each participant. Lunch can be provided for additional guests at $20 per person.

STUDENTS, INTERNS AND RESIDENTS

Attendance to all lecture sessions is provided at no cost. Lunch and continental breakfast will be provided.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS

Room reservations can be made at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown, 616 West 7th Street, Tulsa, Okla. Use Group ID Code OSF. If you prefer to phone in your reservations, call 800-838-7914 and identify yourself with the Code OSF. Hotel reservations should be made no later than Thursday, April 30, 2015. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown provides shuttle service to and from the airport. The airport shuttle hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

REMINDER

Please bring a sweater or a light jacket with you to the lecture hall. The lecture hall is usually cold.
