Teaching

Dr. Bost teaches about Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and Somatoform Disorders in the Psychiatry courses. He also conducts training in techniques for diagnosing psychiatric disorders in the Complex Interviewing Skills module in the Primary Care Clinic clerkship.

He is coordinator of the Clerkship in Psychiatry. His research interests focus on efficacy and functional utility of computer-assisted techniques in rehabilitation of acquired brain injury.

Clinical Practice

His clinical activities focus on psychological services to individuals who have experienced acquired brain injuries and neuromuscular dysfunction as well as delivery of biofeedback and stress management interventions to those who are experiencing psychosomatic disorders. He is a licensed psychologist (Health Service Psychologist), is a board certified Rehabilitation Psychologist (ABPP), and is a Senior Fellow of the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America (BCIAC).
