Student Health & Hospital Insurance
All students are required to provide their own health care, including immunization upkeep and records, while attending OSU-COM Clinical rotations. All students must obtain and maintain health and hospitalization insurance, and be able to show proof of coverage. Immunization records may be obtained through the Health Care Center Medical Records Department at 918-582-1980.

Many sites require immunization records at the beginning of rotations.  It may be advisable to keep several copies with you for such purposes.
