Overview
The College and the Department of Clinical Education conduct a 22-month Senior Clerkship Program for it's 3rd and 4th year students.
Clinical education programs, except elective rotations, are located within institutions that either have an Affiliation Agreement or are under the direct management of the College.
Presently, the overall clerkship program is supervised by the Assistant Director of Clinical Education and is under the direction of the Associate Dean for Clinical Education. The chairpersons of the departments of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and Surgery are responsible for the clinical education at the Health Care Center and clinical areas conducted at the two core teaching hospitals, which are located in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
