The College of Osteopathic Medicine is sponsoring a CME Audio/Video/DVD Media Loan Program Series as well as a CME Online Program Series.
  • Partially satisfies AOA requirements of 120 hours over three years
  • Utilize up to 90 hours of osteopathic college-sponsored audiotapes, videotapes, or DVDs

To place an Audio/Video/DVD Media Loan Program Order:

  1. Select from the audio/video/DVD catalog the programs you wish to borrow
  2. Indicate the program number on the order form and designate video (V), audio (A), or DVD (DVD) when placing your order (Example: V366,  A366, or DVD366)
  3. Submit your order through one of the following methods:
    (We accept MasterCard and VISA)
    • electronically submit the order form
    • call 800-274-1972, 918-586-4615 or 918-586-4617
    • print and fax the order form to: 918-586-4618
    • print and mail the order form with the fee to:

      OSU Office of Continuing Medical Education

      Tulsa, Oklahoma 74107

When your order and fee is received, the tapes/DVDs will be sent to the address you indicate along with a CME quiz for each program ordered. Once the tapes/DVDs and completed quizzes are returned to the CME office, you and the AOA CME Office in Chicago will be notified of the Category IB CME credits you have been awarded for your activity. A passing grade of 70% is required to obtain credit. 

To Place an Online Program order: 

Register by calling the CME office at (800) 274-1972, (918) 586-4615, or (918) 586-4617. After registration, you may view the online lectures for free. You pay only when you are ready to take the post-test. CME 1B credit is available for a fee of $15 per credit hour, per lecture. Call the above listed numbers to pay for post-test access.
