How to Donate

To make donations to OSU-CHS to support the Native Explorers program please do one of the following:

To donate by check or money order:

• Make the check payable to the OSU Foundation, for any amount.
  
  
• Write 'Native Explorers' in the memo line (or attach a separate note with Native Explorers written on it)  
  
  
• Send the check to:
  Office of Development
  OSU Center for Health Sciences
  1111 W. 17th Street
  Tulsa, OK 74107
  

To donate by credit card:

• Link to the OSU Foundation website's donation page
  
  
• Under 'Gift Information,' choose 'OSU-Center for Health Sciences' from the drop down menu labeled 'Fund'
  
  
• THEN type 'Native Explorers' in the 'Other Comments' box below the drop down menu.

IMPORTANT: If there is no designation to 'Native Explorers' in that box, the money will not get to us.
