Diagnostic Radiology Residency
Program Description
The radiology residency training program encompasses all aspects of diagnostic and interventional radiology, including plain film interpretation, acquisition and interpretation of CT's and MRI's as well as ultrasound and nuclear medicine. Additionally, exposure is provided to an extensive spectrum of interventional procedures.
State-of-the-art equipment and facilities, along with department, institution, and OSU libraries, allow for excellent training opportunities. The didactics include daily conferences and lectures, as well as audiovisual self-instruction materials including the ACR teaching file on video disc and the film services located at the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine, in addition to Internet based teaching resources.
