Program Description
This program is designed to meet the requirements for the traditional four-year program or the specialty internship program in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
The obstetrical exposure includes large volumes of high-risk prenatal care. The obstetrics clinic provides neonatal and postpartum care exposure for the resident. An excellent volume of gynecological surgery, including laser therapy, hysteroscopy, and pelviscopy, allows the resident exposure to the traditional and contemporary modalities of gynecology.
Subspecialty rotations provided in affiliated institutions include perinatology, reproductive endocrinology, and oncology. Elective time allows the resident to pursue areas of interest.
