OSU Physicans health fair Wednesday at Eastgate Metroplex

TULSA, Okla. – OSU Physicians will offer a free health fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, at Eastgate Metroplex, 14002 E 21st St. in Tulsa.

Vision screenings, body mass index measurements and blood glucose screenings, as well as a limited number of free seasonal influenza vaccinations, will be available.

OSU Physicians plans to open a clinic at Eastgate Metroplex in early 2010. The new clinic will offer comprehensive family medical care, including pediatrics, prenatal care, women’s health and adult medicine.

OSU Physicians clinic system provides essential health care to the community. The clinics are part of the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and College of Osteopathic Medicine. 


Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa offers programs in osteopathic medicine, biomedical sciences and forensic sciences. Since its beginnings more than 30 years ago, OSU-CHS has grown to offer eight graduate degrees. On-campus programs, distance learning and OSU partnerships train osteopathic physicians, research scientists and health care professionals with an emphasis on serving rural and under-served Oklahoma.
