Students, faculty and staff in good standing at participating institutions may apply for an OK-Share library card at their home library. This card entitles the holder to obtain library courtesy cards from all participating libraries.

Any person with an OK-Share library card from a participating institution is eligible to receive an OSU Medical Library Courtesy Card. The rules below apply to OK-Share patrons utilizing the Medical Library.

I.D. Requirements
Current OK Share card from an Oklahoma college or university plus driver's license and/or current college or university photo ID.

Borrowing Limits/Restrictions
Reserve, reference, journals and media collection in-house use only and do not circulate. Limit 5 books. No recalls may be placed by courtesy card patrons. There are NO interlibrary loans.

Overdue Fines:

10 cents/day. Overdue notices will be sent. Privileges will be suspended if delinquent or charges remain unpaid; home college or university will be contacted when delinquent.

Lost Materials:

Replacement cost +$20 processing fees. Fines must be paid, if accrued.

Other Information:

Computer lab restricted use but several reference computers with access to library databases are available to the public. Self service copiers: 10 cents/page; will take coin/dollars.
