Spring Fling offers learning opportunities for physicians

More than 250 medical professionals will learn about the latest developments in medicine at OSU Center for Health Sciences' 27th Annual Continuing Medical Education Spring Fling on May 17-18 at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Tulsa.

The continuing education conference, for physicians, physicians assistants, educators, medical residents, students and interns, provides information through demonstrations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions. The conference will feature 17 speakers discussing topics such as geriatric issues, mood disorders, asthma treatment, sleep issues, among others. A session regarding financial, estate and asset protection planning has been added this year. Money raised from the conference will fund scholarships for students at OSU-COM.

A discount for early registration is available through April 22. The conference is free for students, interns and residents. For more information or to register for the conference, contact the OSU-COM alumni affairs at 918-561-1109.
