CME in emergency medicine set for June
Health care professionals will learn about the latest developments in emergency medicine at the 16th Annual Emergency Medicine Review hosted by OSU-CHS Office of Continuing Medical Education on June 7-9 at the DoubleTree Hotel-Warren Place.
The continuing medical education conference for emergency care providers enhances the knowledge of professionals to improve patient care in the emergency department and private office settings. The conference features topics such as pediatric chest pain, cancer, pregnancy and pain management, among others.
Keynote speaker Boyd R. Buser, D.O., FACOFP, will present "The Future of Osteopathic GME and CME: What Should We Expect?" on Saturday, June 8 at 9 a.m. Buser is a trustee of the American Osteopathic Association, the vice president for health affairs and dean of the University of Pikeville-Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine.
