Behavioral sciences professor coordinates closing seminar for TIPS program

Richard Wansley, Ph.D., associate professor of behavioral sciences, conducted the final seminar of the Training in Policy Studies seminar hosted in Chicago on June 5-8.

Second- and third-year osteopathic residents preparing for leadership roles in health care policy are selected to participate in the prestigious year-long program, which consists of four intensive seminars and additional research projects.

Wansley has served as a lead faculty member for TIPS for almost 10 years. The program is offered by the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in collaboration with the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Healthcare Association.
