OOA Winter CME focuses on medicine advancements, vital role of laboratories

The Oklahoma Osteopathic Association will host the Winter Continuing Medical Education Seminar, "The ABC's of the LAB's: What's New, What's Hot & What's Not," on Jan. 31-Feb. 2 at the Tulsa Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

The three-day conference, organized by Melinda R. Allen, D.O., will examine new trends of laboratories and how labs can help in the treatment of general health or disease diagnosis. Participants will gain awareness of lab utilization and interpretations.

The program has been approved for 19 1A AOA Credits and 19 Prescribed AAFP Credits. Students who register for the seminar can attend for free. To register for the conference or to view the full schedule, visit the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association website.
