Sixteen employees have completed the “OSU Pride Works: Quality Service Initiative” certificate program launched by OSU in Tulsa Human Resources this spring to help staff improve customer service skills.
OSU-CHS certificate recipients include Helen Bailey, human resources specialist; Brenda Calhoun, academic assistant in pathology; Cidney Dirickson, classroom technical specialist; Ashley Groom, medical education program specialist; Carol Holly, academic assistant in biochemistry and microbiology; Rebecca Hutton, budget and finance customer service representative; Theodoshia Knauls, budget and finance specialist; Lee Stidham, receptionist; Angela Surratt, telehealth help desk specialist; Sherrita Sweet, clinical resource coordinator; Charyl Turner, budget and finance specialist; Shaun Underwood, budget and finance coordinator and Monica Williams, help desk administrator.
Team members attended five hours of in-class instruction and finished at least five of seven online courses. In addition, they attended the Ignite Your Passion Spring Staff Conference and created position-specific service standards. Planning is underway for new classes this fall.
