Resource Fair planned for people living with HIV or AIDS

A National Library of Medicine traveling exhibit about AIDS history is on display in Founders Hall until Sept. 4.A National Library of Medicine traveling exhibit about AIDS history is on display in Founders Hall until Sept. 4.

OSU-CHS will host a special event from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday in Founders Hall to connect HIV or AIDS patients with local resources.

Several organizations will provide information during the resource fair, including the Grateful Day Foundation, Friend for a Friend, Walgreens, Tulsa CARES, H.O.P.E., the OSU-CHS Medical Library and OSU Internal Medicine Specialty Services Clinic.

The event coincides with the close of the National Library of Medicine traveling display, "Surviving and Thriving: AIDS, Politics and Culture" in Founders Hall. The exhibit will end on Sept. 4. The fair is free and open to the public. Snacks will be served.
