IACUC Meeting Dates and Submission Deadlines

The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) meets quarterly in the months of February, May, August, and November. In order to have an animal care and use protocol (ACUP) reviewed at a particular meeting, it must reach the IACUC Chairperson Dr. Thomas Curtis at tom.curtis@okstate.edu at least two weeks prior to a meeting. ACUPs and information received after the deadline will automatically be placed on the agenda for the following meeting. A minimum of two weeks is required to process the documents, perform preliminary reviews and distribute the forms to IACUC members for review prior to the meeting.
