Disability

The Office of Student Affairs provides support services to students with documented disabilities.

• Services must be requested by the student in writing each semester
• This request, along with documentation of the disability, should be submitted to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs
• Consultation among the student, the instructor and the Associate Dean for Student Affairs or Director of Student Affairs may be necessary for some accommodations
• Students wishing to be tested for a disability can come to the Office of Student Affairs for referral
