Step 3: Letters of Recommendation
Letters should be sent directly to OSU Center for Health Sciences from the evaluator. The student may choose between the two tracks below:
Track 1
- One letter from a college or university pre-professional/pre-med committee
- One letter from an osteopathic physician (D.O.)
Track 2
- Three letters preferably from faculty (2 science and 1 non-science faculty)
- One letter from an osteopathic physician (D.O.)
- D.O. Evaluation Letter of Recommendation

- Pre-professional Evaluation Letter of Recommendation

- Applicants may submit Letter of Recommendation or Evaluation forms or both.
- Please send Letters of Recommendation and/or Evaluation forms to:

Step 4: Personal Interview
All on-campus interviews with the Applicant Interview Committee are by invitation only and are mandatory for further consideration. The following information must be on file before an interview is considered:
- MCAT (Medical College Admissions Test) Scores
- Completed AACOMAS Application
- Completed Supplemental Application
- One D.O. Letter of Recommendation
- Pre-professional Committee Letter of Recommendation OR three Letters of Recommendation from Faculty
- All undergraduate transcripts
