After Acceptance

1. Send in your acceptance form with the $100.00 deposit to reserve your spot.
2. Send all your transcripts (from every college attended) to OSU.
3. Complete all medical forms and submit to the OSU Medical Clinic at OSU Tulsa.
4. Investigate medical insurance if you are currently not covered. Both the American Medical Student Association and the Student Osteopathic Medical Association offer medical insurance.

Insurance for Graduate Students
A program for Allied Health is available for you. You may join SOMA as associate members and then sign up for the insurance. This information is also available at the Student Osteopathic Medical Association website.
