Osteopathic Founders Foundation Tribute Scholarships

This foundation provides scholarship assistance to osteopathic medical students at Oklahoma State University. Two or more scholarships of up to $10,000 will be awarded in 2009.

Requirements

• Deadline  April 14
• Full-time osteopathic medical student entering fourth year of study in upcoming academic year
• Class ranking in top 25%
• Applicants will be selected based on:
  • Scholarship
  • College Ambassadorship
  • Community Service
  • Merit of an essay of not more than 600 words discussing "Does being a DO Make a Difference?"
• Finalists will be invited for a personal interview and awards will be presented in 2009
• Recipients are required to attend Benefactors’ Luncheon and additional activities as appropriate
• Osteopathic Founders Foundation will send application information to students they deem qualified to apply
