OSU Center for Health Sciences Annual Scholarship Fund

This annual scholarship is generously provided in honor of Dr. Michael Whitworth, D.O. to benefit the medical students of OSU Center for Health Sciences. Two scholarships of $5000 will be awarded each year.

Requirements

• Deadline February 29
• Enrolled as a full-time medical student at Oklahoma State University
• In good academic standing
• The recipient shall come from a rural community in Oklahoma and intends to practice in rural Oklahoma
