The PSO-Martin E. Fate, Jr. Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1998 in memory of Martin E. Fate, Jr., (1933-1995), who was deeply involved in the Tulsa Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees, and the foundation. Fate was CEO of Public Service Company of Oklahoma.

Requirements

• Deadline February 29
• Full-time osteopathic medical student
• Demonstrated financial need
• Applicant is entering fourth year of medical school in upcoming academic year
• Demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, and involvement in the osteopathic profession
• Strong interest in pursuing an osteopathic residency in primary care, preferably in Oklahoma
• Recipient required to attend Benefactors’ Luncheon and any additional activities as appropriate
