The Russell C. McCaughan Educational Fund Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1956 by Russell C. McCaughan, D.O. American Osteopathic Foundation offers this scholarship to students directly through CHS Scholarship and Awards Program with final recommendations to AOF by Scholarship Selection Committee. Recipients required to attend Scholarship Shootout, Benefactors' Luncheon, and any additional activities as appropriate.

Requirements

• Deadline February 29

• Applicant is full-time osteopathic medical student
• Entering second year of medical school in the upcoming academic year
• Special emphasis placed on financial need, academic ability, extracurricular activities, and a strong interest in osteopathic principals and philosophy during first year of studies
• Awarded to one student at each of the accredited colleges/schools of osteopathic medicine by check payable to both recipient and college
