Eric joined OSU as Media Coordinator for the Telemedicine Center in October 2000. Eric has held the positions of photojournalist, assignment editor, promotions producer, assistant producer of morning & midday newscasts, and assistant writer/producer for the online version of the news at KJRH-TV in Tulsa, OK. He has also worked as a journalist and public affairs host at KLBJ-TV in Lubbock, TX as well as a journalist, producer, and anchor at KOSA-TV in Odessa, TX. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Texas State University in 1979. |

Jon Barnaby is responsible for managing the network operations at the Telemedicine and Distance Learning Center. He is involved with new site design and installation, managing existing network systems, supporting applications, and teaches a class on distance learning technology to third year medical students. Previously, Jon worked for Gemstar TV Guide International, Inc. as an operations trainer within their satellite technology division. Jon is a 1997 graduate of Northeastern State University and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. |

Debbie is the liaison between the rural hospital/community sites on the use of telecommunications for distance learning programs and troubleshoots videoconferencing. She provides technical knowledge, installation, training, and support around the state for Telemedicine clinics. Previously, Debbie worked in Information Technology Support at OSU for five years and eight years at Union Public Schools, where she did training for teachers/staff on the use of computer technology, including Microsoft Office Software. Debbie passed her A+ Certification exam in hardware and software. She obtained her Associate of Arts degree with certification as Computer Information Systems Technician and recently completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Education at OSU with a technical emphasis in Information Technology. |

Raymond A. Burek

Burek joined OSU Telemedicine in February of 2007, and is a National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Paramedic. He is the first medical person in the department. Burek comes to OSU with over seven years of pre-hospital emergency medical services experience which now are being applied to the operations of the mobile telemedicine clinic. Besides patient care and operation of the mobile clinic, he also is responsible for coordination of maintenance and upkeep of the unit. Burek also assists in the promotion of OSU Telemedicine and the recruitment of physicians for the network. He is a 2002 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland, Wisc., with a degree in Paramedicine. He is currently finishing a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at OSU. |

Lori is responsible for providing administrative support for the Telemedicine Center, including annual reports, budgets, copying, faxing, filing, invoice paying, letters, mail, messages, orders, routing, telephones, travel reimbursements, and tracking grant expenditures. Previously, Lori worked with the Williams Companies for ten years. Lori attended Tulsa Community College. |

Tatum is responsible for the management of Telemedicine services to rural physicians and hospitals and also the implementation of new and existing hospital and clinic based telemedicine sites. She previously worked as an instructor at a local college. Tatum graduated with a Bachelor of Science with emphasis in Medical Molecular Biology.
